Whitestone Developments, a Cape Coral based builder and real estate developer, is proud to announce the proposed construction of a new resort development in northwest Cape Coral. Permitting for the site is underway, and once approved by the city, construction will begin on the 48 unit, 4 floor Lake Shadroe Resort & Marina. Once approved, the project is expected to be completed and open to the public in early 2025.

The Lake Shadroe Resort & Marina will feature 48 resort style, waterfront units with unobstructed water views in a 4 story complex. It will also have 2 floors of commercial space complete with a spa, restaurant & tiki bar, coffee franchise (Because Coffee Co.), and on-site management offices. The marina will have wet slips, boat rentals, marine fuel station, and a Ship’s Store selling nautical supplies, bait & tackle, souvenirs, and snacks. The resort will also have a resort style swimming pool with jacuzzi and a private beach for guests to enjoy.
