The heart of Dalal is a full wet hammam ritual — heated marble platforms, black soap exfoliation, the kessa mitt, arched stone chambers, brass lanterns. Nothing like this exists within 120 miles of Cape Coral. Beyond the hammam: treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge with Moroccan ritual service, biomarker assessment with physician supervision, GLP-1 wellness programs, and a curated boutique. A standalone wellness destination that residents walk to in two minutes.
The Ritual
The Dalal hammam is a wet ritual built around heated marble: gradual warming, savon noir black-soap cleansing, the kessa-mitt exfoliation, ghassoul clay, eucalyptus steam, and a long quiet cool-down. The architecture is North African in spirit — vaulted stone, brass, ambient light only.
Owners can book private or paired sessions.
Beyond the Bath
Adjacent to the hammam are private treatment rooms for massage, scrub, and ritual services, plus a relaxation lounge with Moroccan mint tea and ritual sweets between sessions.
Dalal also operates a clinical-wellness program: physician-supervised biomarker assessment, GLP-1 weight-management protocols, and longevity-oriented diagnostics.
A small boutique stocks the soaps, oils, ghassoul, kessa mitts, and tea used in the rituals.
For Owners
Lake Shadroe owners receive priority booking. Members of the broader Dalal program from outside the building are booked around owner availability.
Day passes for guests of owners are available at the front desk.
Booking
The full Dalal experience — ritual booking, membership, the wellness program — lives at the standalone Dalal site. Lake Shadroe residents have priority. Bookings can also be coordinated through Koen for owners and prospective owners.
